The male-female pay gap has gone from 63.9% in 1951 to 78.6% in 2014. That means it's improving about 1% every 5 years. At that rate the rich males should be able to prevent equal pay for women for at least another 100 years, and probably much longer!
And in case you were thinking that you're making progress compared to the rich, forget it. You are falling ever farther behind. The rich control it all. They just see you as riff-raff, as grass for them to graze on!
